What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?▼
Your transcription jobs will continue to process, but you'll be notified that you've exceeded your plan limit. We won't cut you off mid-job. You can upgrade your plan at any time, or overage charges may apply based on your agreement.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?▼
Yes! You can switch at any time. When moving from monthly to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?▼
Yes, you can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All your transcripts and files will be available for download during this time.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), online banking (FPX for Malaysian banks), and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely.
Do you offer a free trial?▼
Yes! Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose the plan that fits your needs or continue on the Starter plan.
Is my data secure?▼
Absolutely. All audio files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Transcripts are stored securely and can be configured with automatic deletion policies. We never use your data to train AI models. For maximum security, ask about our on-premise deployment option.
